(Washington, DC) -- Senator Kelly Ayotte says a "trust deficit" is delaying immigration reform in the House. The New Hampshire Republican told CBS' "Face the Nation" that President Obama's threat of using executive action to bypass Congress is raising concern among GOP members.
Appearing on the same program, Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin of Illinois criticized Republicans for using the President's words as an excuse for delaying the bill.
