Report On Hazardous Toys Not To Buy

(Undated) -- A California-based consumer group is warning holiday shoppers to avoid small toys that fail the choke test cylinder. Public Interest Research Group Spokesman Jon Fox says while federal standards have improved since 2008 there are still dangerous toys going unregulated.
He says the "Trouble in Toyland" report shows that many small toys ingested by children barely pass maximum measurements by federal safety standards.
